It does not start, the pilot is flashing.
Voltages are measured at the source and they are fine. Check the 3V3 on the mianboard controller and it is not because there is a short circuit. I follow the short and reach an SMD capacitor marked in photo 2. This capacitor corresponds to the power leg of the integrated position 7817, responsible for switching the HDMI inputs. The integrated SII9025CTU is deaerated and the short disappears. With which this integrated is wrong. This is replaced with the Philips code 932224555671 and the TV works
