More information about HEP can be found at our website www.howardenergypartners.com Key Responsibilities: Provide primary technical assistance and user support to all employees on issues regarding Windows 7/8/10, MS Office/Office 365, and core business applications. Administer and troubleshoot all iPhone, iPad, and Android mobile devices Assist with the deployment, maintenance, support, upgrade, and inventory tracking of all IT assets including desktops, laptops, phones, mobile devices, printers, and other devices. Create and maintain system documentation for new user setup process, PC imaging and setup process, mobile device setup, and other types of moves and changes. Manage the installation of new printers, perform maintenance on existing printers, provide printer driver updates when necessary, place printer and MFC service calls Proactively install and maintain anti-virus/anti-spam solution, perform system recovery of deleted files; perform software installations; obtain patches, upgrades and bug fixes. Evaluate new software packages to provide improvements over existing systems. Research new technology, obtain demos and provide recommendations for technology enhancements or changes. Engage in professional-self-development by involving yourself in informal knowledge transfer sessions, attending off-site training and conferences, participating in seminars and user groups, and reading industry publications. General Qualifications: 1+ years’ experience in IT end-user support Associate’s degree or equivalent professional training in Information Systems, Computer Science or related subject Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated team player, attention to detail, professional demeanor Self-motivated, detail orientated, ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently Proven track record of personal and professional growth and development Must be able to lift and move various types of computer hardware Travel up to 40% with 10% overnight Technology Qualifications: Windows 7/8/10/2008R2/2012 MS Office 2010/2013/365 PC Anti-Virus / Anti-Malware / Virus Removal Remote Access/VPN Mobile Devices (iPhone, iPad, Android) A+ or MCP Network+ or CCENT The position will offer a competitive salary and benefits program, including 401k and an opportunity to participate in HEP’s employee incentive bonus program.
