We are a small electronics design, prototype and manufacturing company looking for a self-motivated, quick-learner and detail oriented individual who can perform electronic testing and troubleshooting including fault isolation to the component level. Must be able to read schematics, follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and bill of materials lists. Must be able to use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMM and logic analyzers and have an understanding of basic algebra. You will need to have good computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook and have good English communication skills, both oral and written. You will need to be able to use hand tools, soldering irons, and handle everything from large assemblies to miniature surface-mount components viewable under a microscope.
We build a wide variety of products from every industry including consumer products, industrial controls & robotics, medical instrumentation, and military systems. Some projects involve optics which require a delicate and careful touch. You will assist with electronic circuit design and documentation as well as write test procedures and other quality documents and serve as final inspection/quality manager. You will interact with customers, must maintain a neat and orderly work area and be able to maintain control over an inventory of parts and project subassemblies. This job is not repetitive
