LG: Nano-cell and higher support HDR
LG continues to evolve its high range of LCD TVS
LG plays to two bands in the high range, try to evolve the OLED to the best speed that can, and maintains teles LCD of the highest level in its catalog.

The teles 'top' for 2017 of LG respond to the name of SJ8000, SJ8500 and SJ9500, and fall within the family SUPER UHD. The three used the technology 'Nano Cell' that promises to improve the representation of color and therefore a better support for the standards HDR that are to be imposed on the market.

There is little technical information in this presentation, but we could say that 'nano cell' is something as well as the response to the 'Quantum dots' of Samsung. The idea that we want to convey is that the screens with cells nanometric improve the brightness and expands the color range, all this without losing one of the strengths of the teles LG, that are the angles of vision.

With regard to design, LG we want to emphasize that the model of 55 inches called SJ9500, account with a design extremely fine, as much as 6.9 mm at its thinnest point.

LG boasts that their new teles LCD support without problem all formats HDR that are appearing in the market, which are mainly four: Dolby Vision, HDR10, HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma), and Advanced HDR people of Technicolor.

The teles last year alone bear the first two specifications, and although it is still very green this whole issue, and it is good that we are pointing to everything that goes out, because it means that their teles technologically are prepared to do so. The case of HLG seems interesting, is related to the issue in tv channels.

LG tells us that it also contemplates the transformation of normal signals, known as SDR (Standard Dynamic Range) toward HDR, analyzing the original video to improve the content frame by frame.

Take advantage of the new teles for updating the software with the arrival of webOS on your version 3.5. By now we do not know too much about the enhancements of a system that was updated so important for the last time in the spring of 2016: we speak of a Magic Remote improved, applications that load faster, more shortcuts, and aid in the search for content.
