The cheapest TV model of Xiaomi would cost little more than 200 euros
Recently Xiaomi is preparing new televisions, whose names are Xiaomi LED Mi 4 Pro, Mi LED 4A Pro and Mi LED 4C Pro. The difference with the Chinese models is that they include Android TV inside, instead of the operating system that Xiaomi has in China. The reason for this is the compatibility of apps, since the main streaming platforms could not be used.

Now, Xiaomi has presented these three models, where they have also confirmed their sizes in inches. The first will be the Mi LED TV 4 Pro, with a size of 55 inches and a resolution 4K and HDR. The second is the My LED TV 4A Pro, 49 inches and with Full HD and HDR resolution. Finally, we found the Mi LED TV 4C Pro, with HD resolution (something else, with 1366 x 768 pixels).

The first will carry an Amlogic T960X processor, while the other two will carry an Amlogic T950X. Xiaomi says that they are the most powerful televisions they have created. As for RAM, the first will have 2 GB, while the cheapest model will have 1 GB. The GPU will be one Mali 450 in the two cheapest and Mali T830 in the most expensive. All will have 8 GB of storage.

The most interesting changes come in the software section, since the hardware is very similar as we will see later. PatchWall will be the layer of Xiaomi that will be on top of Android TV. This layer arrives enhanced with more content, search with voice, and adapted to work with Android TV.

PatchWall has Chromecast incorporated, and have reached agreements with various platforms to include their apps on the TV, among which we find Amazon Prime Video, which will be coming soon. Strangely, and despite having Android TV, the company has not made any mention of Netflix, although it will include the Play Store and more than 3,300 apps can be installed, among which is Netflix. In principle, the televisions will not have Netflix of launching by the process of certification that they must happen first for the popular company of streaming.

The cheapest model would cost just over 200 euros in Spain

In the hardware we find similar characteristics to the Chinese models on which the televisions are based. The 4K model has just a frame and has a thickness of only 4.9 mm. At the connectivity level it has three HDMI ports and two USB ports. Full HD and HD models have 20 watt speakers and DTS-HD compatibility, while the 4K model has 16 watt speakers in total due to its finer size. The command does change slightly, adding voice control and slightly changed buttons, being able to use Google Assistant

Prices in India are as follows:

My LED TV 4 Pro: 49,999 rupees (587 euros)
My LED TV 4A Pro: 29,999 rupees (352 euros)
My LED TV 4C Pro: 14,999 rupees (176 euros)

If we want to estimate its price for Spain, in other occasions adding the VAT have remained in similar figures of what Xiaomi products sold in our country. Thus, these televisions could cost in Spain around 710, 426 and 213 euros, respectively. The two cheaper models will be available on the official website of Xiaomi and Amazon of India on October 9, while the 4K will arrive on the 10th, later arriving at the physical stores. There has been no talk about its international availability.
