Eeprom Programmer: PONYPROG

First of all, put a circuit so you can make this great programmer.

 

Components used:

 

C1 - 47uF 10V

C2 - 0.1uF

D1, D2 y D3 - Zener 4.7V

D4 - LED

D5, D6 y D7 - 1N4148 Diodes

R1 y R2 - 4K7ohm Resistances

R3 - 390 ohm Resistances

Miscellaneous: Base IC 8-pin DIP, DB9 connector, etc.

 

Note to use 25-pin connector (DB25)

DB9: 3 4 5 7 8

DB25: 2 20 7 4 5

 

With this software you can read and write any eeeprom which are used in LCD or conventional TV type 24C02, 24C04, 24C08, 24C16, 24C32, etc ... The first thing to do is set-up and calibrate.

1.-In Optionssetup and click on the port we want to use. Normally, use the serial port to Com 1. We connect our program and we give the OK.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.-The next thing is to put a memory, such as a 24C16 and go to options, calibration and make you clik yes. If all goes well we can use our program.
